Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to EntreLexa. These Terms govern your use of our lawyer-led advisory and compliance services at entrelexa.com.

2. Services

EntreLexa offers professional legal advisory and compliance services tailored to entrepreneurs. Each engagement is governed by a separate agreement outlining scope and deliverables. Unless otherwise stated, each engagement fee is due upon agreement.

3. Information Products

We provide digital learning materials and downloadable resources. Access to these products is granted upon payment confirmation and is licensed, not sold, to you. Any materials may not be shared or redistributed without prior written consent from EntreLexa.

4. Goods

From time to time, EntreLexa may offer physical items such as printed guides. All goods are subject to availability. Special orders may require additional lead time as noted at purchase.

5. Pricing and Payments

Fees for services, information products, and goods are listed at entrelexa.com and confirmed in your purchase documentation. Payments may be made via credit card or other methods we accept at the time of purchase. Full payment is required before delivery of services or products.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of service commencement. To request a refund, contact our team at +14163484752 or via the Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, clients may choose to defer the service to a future date, subject to availability, at no additional charge.

6.2 Information Products

Digital materials and course access are eligible for refund within 7 days of access, provided less than 20 percent of the content is accessed or completed. To request a refund, follow the same process above. Approved reimbursements will be completed within 7 business days. No deferral option is available for digital products.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be replaced or refunded within 30 days of shipment receipt, provided items are unused and in original packaging. To arrange a replacement or refund, contact our team with proof of purchase. Shipping costs for replacements or reimbursements are the responsibility of the client, unless the goods are defective. Defective goods will be replaced or reimbursed with no extra shipping fees. The process takes up to 14 business days from our receipt of the item shipped back to us.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services that involve custom drafting or immediate commencement are non-refundable due to the individualized effort and scheduling resources allocated upon purchase. Examples include bespoke contract drafting and urgent compliance audits.

8. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a booked service at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Approved rescheduling requests may be applied to a future date within 90 days of the original booking. No extra fee applies for one rescheduling request per engagement. Additional changes may incur a deferral fee.
